We Welcome New Clients!

What areas do we serve? We provide full-service equine veterinary care to an area approximately within a 50-mile radius from our Los Alamos office.

We also provide trailer-in options for clients outside of that area. Additionally, we travel well beyond this area to follow up on a difficult case or to attend competitions.

We always stress that our primary commitment is to our local farms. Although we often travel beyond our practice area, we cannot be available to clients outside our area for emergencies.

New Clients

  • If you are not a client currently you will be asked to provide personal information (Name, address, phone number) and information about your horse (name, age, breed, owner’s name, location) and information about methods of payment.
  • You will be contacted to discuss your concerns.
  • To expedite the process, you can fill out our PDF new client information sheet.
  • If you cannot be present at the time of service, you will be asked to provide a credit card number as assurance of payment for the services that will be provided.
  • Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made ahead of time. There is a 10% interest fee applied to invoices that have not been paid within a 10-day period and reapplied monthly thereafter.
  • Payment can be made by checks, cash, Venmo, Zelle, or credit cards. (Credit cards come with an additional fee of 3.5% plus $0.15 per transaction.)
